2006: Clear Solutions Group, LLC. Tapped to Lead Sales
Channel

GO Concepts, Inc., a leading technology
provider and software development company today announced
a master reseller agreement with software marketing firm
Clear Solutions Group, LLC. GO Concepts views the rapid
development of its indirect sales channel as a critical
element in the company's overall sales and marketing strategy.
This agreement will allow Clear Solutions Group to market
GO Concepts’ DEXATRACK ticketing software
worldwide to municipalities, government entities and private
utility companies; and build distribution outlets via a network
of value added resellers and channel partners.
Commenting on the agreement, John Gambill,
Jr., President & CEO
of GO Concepts, stated: “Combining the technology expertise
of GO Concepts with the marketing savvy of Clear Solutions
Group will introduce our DEXATRACK software product to the
widest audience possible, allowing GO Concepts to continue
enhancing and innovating in our current and future software
development products”.

29, 2006: DEXATRACK Version 1.0 Now Available
DEXATRACK,
a GO Concepts, Inc. software application, has announced the
release of Version 1.0. This full-featured version offers
core ticketing and scheduling modules, detailed reporting
tools, notification abilities, and an enhanced user interface.
Designed specifically for municipalities and utility companies,
DEXATRACK generates cost savings through more efficient deployment
of resources and timely project completion; and an unprecedented
level of accountability while providing real-time visibility
across all open issues.

2006: Lebanon, Ohio Upgrades to Version 1.0
The
City of Lebanon, Ohio has recently upgraded to the first full
release version of DEXATRACK. Lebanon is home to the first
beta testing site for DEXATRACK, having implemented the software
in mid-2005. Since that time, DEXATRACK has been adopted in
all major departments as the source for internal interaction
and tracking of all daily issues. Located in Southwest Ohio,
Lebanon is a City of nearly 20,000 and the County Seat of
Warren County; the second fastest growing County in all of
Ohio. Lebanon has its own municipally-owned electric utility,
water and sewer division, and telecommunications department,
offer Cable TV, high-speed Internet, and telephone services.

29, 2006: Wadsworth, Ohio Goes DEXATRACK
The
City of Wadsworth, Ohio has implemented DEXATRACK in their
Cable Department and is in the process of their City-wide
rollout of Version 1.0. Wadsworth is using DEXATRACK to improve
efficiency, better track day-to-day issues, and to provide
an easy to use interface for their citizens to interact with
City Staff. For this implementation, historical data from
an existing database was imported into DEXATRACK to allow
access to past information. Located in Northeast Ohio, Wadsworth
is a City of nearly 20,000 and has its own municipally-owned
electric utility and high-speed Internet and cable services. |
